The ‘video vacancy’ product requires us to spend up to half a day on-site or off-site filming an existing employee performing typical tasks within the role. The same employee will be interviewed to camera and the audio commentary will be used over the video footage. The audio interview will be made up of 8 – 10 key questions.
If you are the outsourced recruiter, it is normally preferred that you manage the client interaction, however if required we are happy to carry out filming autonomously.
You will be supplied with a fully edited and branded video in any file format you require. The video can then be added to any of your social media accounts for sharing or embedding into a website. We can help you with any part of the distribution process.
Our experience had taught us that many companies like to mix and match products to create a montage of video content. We run a package deal that allows clients to buy multiple products at preferential rates.
